How we manufacture your bags
Production runs on a controlled workflow. Each stage is assigned to a department, tracked with quantities and inspected before the next stage begins.
1. Specification & artwork
Size, GSM, gusset, handle and printing are confirmed in writing. Artwork is prepared and a proof is approved by you.
2. Material planning
Fabric requirement is calculated from size and GSM, with wastage factored in. Material is issued from the store against the production job.
3. Cutting
Fabric is cut to the approved pattern. Cut pieces are bundled and counted per bundle.
4. Printing
Printing is done in-house with colour matching against the approved sample.
5. Stitching & assembly
Handles are stitched and reinforced per the load requirement. Assembly consolidates the finished bag.
6. Quality check
Inspection records quantity checked, passed, failed and rework. Failing batches are reworked before packing.
7. Packing & dispatch
Bags are bundled and packed per your instruction, loaded with dispatch documentation and LR details.
